As a personal and fitness trainer, I understand very well everyone’s wish to have a clearly defined, healthy body and to feel good in their own body. However, the industry is speculating on your hopes and telling you that there is an immediate solution. Unfortunately, there are no magic pills. I would like to have them too. Progress takes place outside the comfort zone. Getting in excellent physical shape requires commitment, discipline and concentration. It is hard work and it takes time. I won’t promise you that my programs will help you lose 10 pounds in five days and get a six-pack – because they don’t. I don’t have a “magic drink” or “special trick” to make you bikini-ready in a month.
That’s not what I’m talking about.
If you are determined about getting into the best shape of your life, both physically and mentally, with healthy methods, without magic pills or shakes, then I can help you discover all the incredible things your body can do. In my long years of sports career I have learned that you are the strongest when you are on the team. I also understand the challenges and difficulties that you will encounter along the way. I understand you because I was there too.
My programs are based on three pillars: individualized nutrition, progressive training and lifestyle adjustments. Getting in better shape only works if you change your eating habits and do the right training program.
That is exactly what we are doing in order to take you to the next level.
We will get to know wach other to see first is our “chemistry” match. We talk about everything you can imagine and everything I can offer you to help you achieve your goals. I will do a series of tests for you – BMI, body composition, measurements, photos, strength, flexibility, posture, range of motion, balance, blood values – to get an overall picture of your “before”.
This gives us everything we need to build a really strong game plan to get you into the BEST shape of your life as effectively as possible
02 Get to work
The goals are clear, the stage is set – now it’s time to get to work! The training sessions will be done one-on-one with me in a gym. I really believe that the gym provides all needed equipment, no matter what your goals and condition are. I understand that time is precious, but the more you commit to it, the better your results will be.
We regularly check your progress based on our starting results. Perseverance is a really strong indicator of progress. You will be amazed at how far you have come!

The training is dedicated to the most popular fitness training goal – MUSCLE BUILDING! In order to tone and shape your body, we will work on your muscles constantly and effectively. But we won’t always claim them the same way…

In a personal first consultation to get to know what is free for you, I explain which training package makes the most sense for you. From my own experience with clients, I recommend that you complete the personal training with me for at least 3 to 6 months. Of course, there is also the possibility to book the smallest package in order to be able to assess myself and my performance, to see whether the chemistry fits together.
